Name, address, what needs to go, and the day you want. Photos help a lot — they’re how I price a job accurately before I show up.
I confirm by text
Usually within the hour during business hours. I’ll confirm the time, the price, and anything I need from you — gate codes, unit numbers, where to park. Your slot isn’t locked until you hear back from me.
Deposit holds the slot
The deposit comes off your total — it isn’t an extra charge. You pay the rest when the job’s done and you’ve seen the space empty. If you’d rather not prepay, submit anyway and we’ll sort it out by text.
