Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a pickup?
The easiest way is to book online — pick your service, job size, date, and pay your deposit all in one place. You can also send us a text at 304-945-4419 with your name, address, and what needs to be hauled and we'll get you set up.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We can often accommodate same-day requests depending on availability. Same-day service carries an additional $50 fee. For the best availability, booking a day or two ahead is ideal — but don't hesitate to reach out even on short notice.
What are your hours?
We operate Sunday through Saturday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We're available every day of the week, including weekends and holidays, within those hours.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with proper notice can be rescheduled at no extra charge. Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice or no-shows may forfeit the deposit. Text us as soon as you know — we're always happy to work with you.
Do I need to be home during the pickup?
For most jobs, yes — we recommend being present so you can confirm the items and approve the final price before we load up. If you can't be there, we can make arrangements as long as payment and access details are sorted in advance. Just let us know when you book.

Pricing & Payment

How does the deposit work?
A small deposit is required to lock in your booking. The amount depends on your job size — ranging from $25 for a single item up to $100 for a full trailer or cleanout. The deposit goes toward your total — the remainder is collected when we arrive. Deposits are paid online via Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Whatever is easiest for you.
Will the price change after I book?
The quote you get when booking is based on what you describe. If we show up and the job is significantly larger or more complex than described, we'll walk through a revised price with you before we start any work. You're never obligated to proceed if the price doesn't work for you.
Are there any extra fees I should know about?
A few additional fees may apply depending on your situation:

Upstairs / Downstairs: +$25–$75
Same-Day Service: +$50
Travel outside our core area: +$15 to +$75 depending on distance
Heavy or oversized debris: Custom quote

We'll always let you know about any extra fees upfront before we begin.
How do I know what job size to select?
Here's a rough guide:

Single Item — one appliance, one piece of furniture
Small Pickup Load — fits in the bed of a pickup truck
Half Trailer — about a small room's worth of stuff
Full Trailer — a full room or more, large piles of debris
Garage Cleanout — clearing out a full garage or storage area

Services & Items

What kinds of items do you haul?
We haul a wide range of items including appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators), furniture, general junk and trash, yard waste, garage clutter, small vehicles, and more. If you're not sure whether we can take something, text us a description or a photo and we'll let you know.
What items can't you take?
We cannot haul hazardous materials of any kind. This includes:

• Paints, solvents, and chemicals
• Motor oil and automotive fluids
• Propane tanks and gas cylinders
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Medical waste or biohazards
• Pesticides or herbicides
• Ammunition or explosives
• Any illegal materials

Do you haul refrigerators with freon?
Yes — we handle refrigerator removal. Pricing for refrigerator removal ranges from $90–$150 depending on size and access. Text us the details and we'll get you a solid quote.
Do you do full garage or property cleanouts?
Yes — garage and property cleanouts are one of our most popular services. Pricing ranges from $200–$600 depending on the volume of material. For large cleanouts, text us photos of the space and we can give you a more accurate estimate before you commit.
Can you haul a small vehicle?
Yes — we offer small vehicle hauling. Text us the year, make, model, and condition of the vehicle along with your location and we'll work up a custom quote for you.

Service Area

What areas do you serve?
Our core service area includes Charleston, St. Albans, Nitro, Dunbar, and Cross Lanes with no travel fee. We also serve Hurricane and Teays Valley (+$15), Huntington (+$50), and Beckley (+$75). Don't see your area? Text us your location — we may still be able to help.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Travel is included for pickups in Charleston, St. Albans, Nitro, Dunbar, and Cross Lanes. Outside that area, travel fees apply based on distance. See our Service Area section for a full breakdown.

Day of Service

How long does a pickup usually take?
Most single-item or small load pickups take 30–60 minutes. Larger jobs like full trailer loads or garage cleanouts can take 2–4 hours depending on volume and access. We'll give you a more specific time estimate when you book.
Do I need to have items ready before you arrive?
It helps to have items accessible and easy to identify — especially if you want specific things left behind. For full cleanouts, just show us what goes and what stays. The more prepared you are, the quicker and smoother the job goes.
What if there's more stuff than I expected?
No problem — we'll assess the full scope when we arrive and give you an updated price before we start loading. You're always in control. If the revised price doesn't work for you, you're not obligated to proceed and we'll only charge for what we've already done (if anything).
Will you haul items from upstairs or a basement?
Yes — we handle upstairs and downstairs removal. An additional fee of $25–$75 applies depending on the number of flights and difficulty. Let us know when booking so we can account for it in your quote.

How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to all texts and online bookings within the hour during business hours (3 PM–10 PM). Messages sent outside of business hours will be answered first thing when we're back on.
Can I send photos of what I need hauled?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. A photo of the items or the space tells us a lot and helps us give you a more accurate quote before we even show up. Just text photos to 304-945-4419.
